Bott Radio Network was pleased to Co-Sponsor Vitae’s 17th Annual Pro-Life Benefit, held on Monday, March 23rd, at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City, Missouri. The Benefit included a luncheon at noon and a Dinner in the evening. The featured speaker was Governor Mike Huckabee who was the Governor of Arkansas from 1996 to 2007 and a Candidate in the 2008 United States Presidential Election. After the event Governor Huckabee met with many of the 1400 people who came to the fundraiser and signed his new book, “Do the Right Thing.” In total, over $400,000 was raised to continue to inform, educate and help those in crisis pregnancies and their families and support networks. The Vitae Foundation is committed to encouraging a great respect for the lives of unborn children, reducing the number of abortions and building a culture of life through the power of mass communications.
